From the vine to your glass

Harvest at Abadía Retuerta

The monumental town of Aranda de Duero, in Burgos, is the scene of the traditional grape harvest process as a prelude to the production of its exquisite wines. We offer the opportunity to live this unique experience in first person and participate in the manual harvest, visiting the fields and learning about the daily life of the grape harvesters. We will follow the wine distillation process from the harvesting of the grapes, through the pressing and obtaining the must, ending with a tasting of Abadía Retuerta and local products.

Basque Gastronomic Society

We open the doors of the gastronomic societies of the Basque Country to discover the most authentic flavors of northern Spain. Accompanied by partners, the only way to enter these secret temples of traditional cuisine, we will be part of the preparations and cooking within a small group and experience the homey and close atmosphere to enjoy a complete cultural immersion.

Tuna paradise

Cadiz is a tuna paradise, one of the places in the world where fishing for this delicious fish is almost an art, the result of respect for tradition and care for the sea. In order to better understand the process of catching bluefin tuna, we offer to live the three stages of this unusual experience: the ‘almadraba’ or capture of the tuna taking advantage of its migration, the ‘levantá’ or extraction of the tuna from the sea and the ‘ronqueo’, the cutting of the tuna to take advantage of all the pieces of the fish. After returning from the sea, you will enjoy a visit to the Tuna Museum and a tasting.

Discover the Caves in private

To discover the world of cava in Catalonia is to glimpse the complex process that makes this sparkling wine one of the best in the world. We will have the opportunity to visit the vineyards exclusively, touring them on foot or by segway, and witnessing the different stages of cava production as they have been done since the nineteenth century. The Fermí Bohigas winery will allow us to learn about its history and its close relationship with cava by visiting the family chapel, tasting local products in cooking classes and even making our own cava to take home as a souvenir.
