A major company in the renewable energy sector brought together employees from around the world on an incentive trip to Marbella for an international gathering that combined social impact and team building. The meeting offered the 200 participants the opportunity to connect, collaborate and contribute positively to the local community.
Part of the program included a significant corporate social responsibility activity in which participants built bicycles for children in foster homes, making a tangible impact on the lives of those most in need. Despite the unexpected rains, the event was successfully adapted, transforming the planned meeting space into a spectacular setting for a “White Party”, maintaining the essence and enthusiasm of the meeting without compromising the experience of the attendees.
