An outstanding example of a successful corporate event organization was the international hematology congress held in Malaga for a company in the medical sector. This annual event brought together 300 participants from 17 international delegations, marking the first time it was held in Spain. The congress not only met the established scientific and professional objectives, but also provided an impeccable experience for all attendees.
The main challenge was to coordinate a series of simultaneous dinners for the different delegations at various restaurants in the city, ensuring that each group had a unique and personalized experience. Thanks to our experience in logistics and planning, we were able to organize all the details, from staggered departures from the hotels to menus tailored to the preferences of each delegation.
