A Social Impact Event in Ronda

Our expertise in event organization is not only focused on delivering unique experiences, but also on creating a positive impact. An excellent example of this was the incentive trip we organized in Marbella for a leading UK pharmaceutical company. The objective of the event was not only to reward 180 of their employees, but also to integrate a corporate social responsibility (CSR) social impact event that would leave a significant footprint in the local community.

To maximize impact, we selected Ronda as the ideal location to carry out a solidarity renovation of a children’s home. This activity not only offered participants an opportunity to collaborate and connect, but also to contribute to a noble cause.

HIGH IMPACT ACTIVITIES TO CREATE REAL CHANGE

The program was carefully designed to integrate activities that combine leisure and social responsibility in a balanced way, offering participants an enriching and transformative experience.

Renovation of the children’s home: In just one day, the 180 attendees came together to completely transform the space. Rooms were painted, furniture was assembled and both common areas and private rooms were decorated, creating a welcoming and personalized environment for the children.

Personalization of spaces: Prior to the event, we gather information about the children, such as their favorite colors and favorite activities, so that we can customize each room according to their tastes, creating a positive and lasting impact on their lives.

Dinner at Cortijo Cortés: The program culminated with an exclusive gala dinner at Cortijo Cortes, where participants were able to relax and enjoy luxury in a traditional Andalusian setting, celebrating the success of the day.

RESULTS

Thanks to the information previously gathered about the children’s tastes and preferences, each space was personalized, creating a welcoming and stimulating environment. In addition, a post-event survey revealed that 95% of the participants felt an increase in their motivation and commitment to the company. The CSR activity also generated extensive media coverage, highlighting the positive impact on the community and enhancing the pharmaceutical company’s corporate image in the UK and Spain.
