Imagine accompanying, aboard a fishing boat, the renowned chef Iago Pazos and his team, on their way to harvest the famous Carril clams. This experience will take you to Cortegada Island, a protected natural park known for its majestic laurel forest. It is in this idyllic setting that Chef Pazos will prepare fresh clams infused with bay leaves, creating a dish as authentic as it is unforgettable.
After this unique tasting, you will continue the adventure at Loxe Mareiro, the chef’s restaurant located in the Ria de Arousa.
