We will embark on a tour of the six magical towns<\/strong> in the state of Guanajuato, responsible for maintaining the essence of the Mexican past: Mineral de Pozos, Dolores Hidalgo, Comonfort, Jalpa de Canovas, Yuriria and Salvatierra.<\/p>\n

Thus, we will have the opportunity to stroll through the Cradle of Mexican Independence<\/strong>We can visit the place where the priest Miguel Hidalgo gave the ‘Grito de Dolores’; be surprised in a desert town with monuments from the XVIII century; get on a boat and go through a spectacular lagoon; get to know the land where artisans produce molcajetes<\/strong>one of the most used utensils in Mexican cuisine; discover a park with more than 15 volcanic craters; and access by kayak to the interior of the temple of Our Lady of Sorrows<\/strong>which has emerged from the waters in Zangarro, a village that was flooded more than 40 years ago.<\/p>\n

Here we will discover the origin of this little-known temple of art<\/strong> by the hand of Cecilia, current owner and professional artist<\/strong>, who will guide and accompany us as we walk through its rooms full of history.<\/p>\n

Drinking Guanajuato<\/h2>\n

We will make a private visit<\/strong> to the best tequileras<\/strong> in the state, which share the same appellation of origin, to learn all the details of the elaboration process of this acclaimed and recognized drink.<\/p>\n

Afterwards, we will have the opportunity to produce our own bottle of wine<\/strong>, after an enriching day learning the secrets of wine pairing, in one of the wineries in the state of Guanajuato<\/strong>, home of the first Spanish grape varieties to reach America.<\/p>\n

The sky of colors<\/h2>\n

The largest hot air balloon festival in Latin America<\/strong> is held in the city of Leon<\/strong>. At dawn, we will be able to witness how the 200 balloons begin to fill up, among which, later on, we will have the opportunity to fly. A spectacle for all the senses that will splash the sky with infinite colors, giving us an unforgettable landscape and views.<\/p>\n
