The Spanish company NUBA EXPEDICIONES, <\/strong>S.L. (hereinafter, “NUBA”), with CIF B83850859, and address at C\/Serrano 96, 28006 Madrid, is organizing a draw under the random combination modality, with the aim of promoting the brand and the participation in the Solidarity Xmas Tree by NUBA Route.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participation requirements<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participation is open to those natural persons, of legal age, with full capacity to act and resident in Spain, who meet the requirements for participation and the other conditions set out in these rules. Participation will be valid only by filling in the corresponding participation form during the Solidarity Xmas Tree by NUBA route, to be held on November 26, 2024. Each person may participate only once. <\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

The data provided by the participants must be truthful. In case of being false, the corresponding prize will be transferred to NUBA, in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 of these Rules.  <\/p>


<\/span><\/p>

Employees of NUBA and its group companies, as well as their direct first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Only one participation per person will be allowed. This promotion is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. In case the winner is under 18 years of age, his\/her participation will be cancelled and the prize will not be awarded. Entries that do not contain all the required information or are incorrectly completed will be considered invalid and excluded from the sweepstakes.<\/p>\n

NUBA reserves the right to automatically exclude from the sweepstakes those participants who, in its sole discretion, have participated incorrectly or who it considers to be making improper or fraudulent use of the promotion.<\/p>\n


NUBA is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants, and the sweepstakes will be declared null and void in case of impossibility to contact the winner due to inaccuracy of the data provided.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participation in this promotion is free of charge. To participate, those attending the Solidarity Xmas Tree by NUBA route, held from November 19 to 25, 2024, must fill in the participation form with their name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address, all truthful and correct, accepting the legal bases applicable to the promotion. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Date of the draw<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The drawing will be held on November 26, 2024 at 12:00 noon in Madrid. The winner will be selected through a random selection process carried out by the NUBA team from among all participants who meet the participation requirements established in these rules. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The winner will receive a Montblanc cabin trolley with embossed initials. <\/span><\/span>The prize is valid for redemption from November 27, 2024 through December 30, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

The prize is non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-refundable. <\/span>In the event of non-acceptance of the prize for any reason, no financial compensation or other obligation will be offered by the Organizer. No change, alteration or compensation may be made by the winner. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once the winner is chosen, NUBA will communicate the prize at the same time of the draw via email and telephone. In case of non-compliance with any of the conditions set forth in these rules, the prize will be declared void and will remain at NUBA’s disposal. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their data, as well as other rights that can be exercised by sending a request to NUBA, C\/Serrano 96, 28006 Madrid, or via e-mail to marketing@nuba.net.<\/p>\n
