The Spanish company NUBA EXPEDICIONES, <\/b>S.L. (hereinafter, “NUBA”), with CIF B83850859, and address at C\/Serrano 96, 28006 Madrid, is organizing a sweepstakes under the modality of random combination, with the aim of promoting the brand and participation in the immersive event Colombia by NUBA.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participation is open to those natural persons, of legal age, with full capacity to act and resident in Spain, who meet the requirements for participation and the other conditions established in these rules. Participation will be valid only by filling out the corresponding participation card during the Colombia event, which will be held on November 14, 2024. Each person may participate only once.
The information provided by participants must be truthful. If false, the corresponding prize will be passed on to NUBA, in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 of these Rules. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Employees of NUBA or its group companies, or their direct first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
Only one participation per person will be allowed. This promotion is aimed exclusively at people over 18 years of age. In case the winner is a minor, his\/her participation will be cancelled and the prize will not be awarded. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Entries that do not contain all the required information or are incorrectly completed will be considered invalid and excluded from the sweepstakes.
NUBA reserves the right to automatically exclude from the sweepstakes those participants who, in its sole discretion, have participated incorrectly or who it considers to be making improper or fraudulent use of the promotion.
Also, NUBA is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by participants, and the sweepstakes will be declared void in case of inability to contact the winner due to inaccuracy of the data provided.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participation in this promotion is free of charge. To participate, those attending the Colombia event, held on November 14, 2024, must fill in and sign the participation form with their name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address, all truthful and correct, accepting the legal bases applicable to the promotion. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The drawing will take place on November 14, 2024 at 21:00<\/span> in Madrid. The winner will be selected through a random selection process carried out by the NUBA team among all participants who meet the participation requirements established in these rules. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The prize is unique and non-transferable. The winner will receive an exclusive trip for two to Colombia that includes: <\/p>\n

  • 2-night stay at in a superior double room<\/b> at the Grand Hyatt <\/b>hotel in Bogota.<\/li>\n
  • 3-night stay at in a superior double room<\/b> at the hotel Intercontinental <\/b>in Cartagena.<\/li>\n
  • Roundtrip flight Madrid – Bogota – Cartagena for two people in economy cabin*.<\/li>\n
  • Private transfers to and from the airport at destination.<\/li>\n
  • Full day private tour of Bogota, lunch included (drinks not included).<\/li>\n
  • Half day private tour of Cartagena.<\/li>\n
  • Full day tour to the Rosario and Baru Islands, with shared speedboat transfers and lunch (drinks not included).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


    <\/span>The award is valid from November 15, 2024<\/b> through November 15, 2025<\/b>, <\/span>excluding select dates from December 15, 2024 through January 15, 2025, New Year’s Eve, Easter 2025, local holidays in November and\/or high season depending on travel destination or origin. Award subject to availability. Award is non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-refundable. Flight issuance request deadline  November 1, 2025<\/b>. <\/p>\n

    *Avianca <\/b>will provide 2 round-trip flight tickets (for the winner and his\/her companion) from Madrid to Colombia, subject to availability. Non-accumulative tickets, only applicable on routes operated by Avianca in economy cabin. The reservation must be made in N class, with priority boarding NPY305. <\/span><\/p>\n

    This award has no commercial value, therefore, it does not apply for reimbursement and cannot be combined with other promotions. Tickets do not accrue miles and cannot be upgraded with miles. Route or name changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. No change or extension of travel date is authorized. Taxes, airport taxes and applicable fees are the responsibility of the winner.  <\/span>In case of failure to confirm the reservation, tickets will be delivered subject to space (SA) with priority boarding NAY384 (this means that there is a reservation, but a seat has not been confirmed). In case of overbooking of the flight, the passenger may be boarded on a subsequent flight. This situation exempts Avianca from any compensation to the passenger. <\/span><\/p>\n

    This voucher must be presented at the time of booking your trip.
    In the event of non-acceptance of the prize for any reason, no financial compensation or other obligation will be offered by the Organizer.\nNo change, alteration or compensation may be made by the winner. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Once the winner is chosen, NUBA will communicate the prize at the same time of the draw.

    In matters not provided for in these rules, the promotion shall be governed by Spanish law in force at the time.
