The Spanish company NUBA EXPEDICIONES, <\/strong>S.L. (hereinafter, “NUBA”), with CIF B83850859, and address at C\/Serrano 96, 28006 Madrid, is organizing a draw under the modality of random combination, with the objective of promoting the brand and the participation in the S\u00e1ssola Partners by NUBA Golf Tournament.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participation is open to those natural persons, of legal age, with full capacity to act and resident in Spain, who meet the requirements for participation and the other conditions set forth in these rules.
\nParticipation will be valid only by filling out the corresponding participation card during the S\u00e1ssola Golf Tournament event, which will be held on September 11, 2024.
\nEach person may participate only once.
The data provided by the participants must be truthful.
\nIn case of being false, the corresponding prize will pass to NUBA, as provided in Section 6 of these Rules.
Employees of NUBA, or its group companies, or their direct first-degree relatives may not participate in the draw.
Only one participation per person will be allowed.
\nThis promotion is aimed exclusively at people over 18 years of age.
\nIn the event that the winner is a minor, his\/her participation will be cancelled and the prize will not be awarded.
Entries that do not contain all the required information or are incorrectly completed will be considered invalid and excluded from the sweepstakes.
NUBA reserves the right to automatically exclude from the sweepstakes those participants who, in its sole discretion, have participated incorrectly or who it considers to be making improper or fraudulent use of the promotion.
NUBA is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants, and the sweepstakes will be declared null and void in case of impossibility to contact the winner due to inaccuracy of the data provided.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\nTo participate, those attending the S\u00e1ssola Partners Golf Tournament, held on September 11, 2024, must fill out and sign the participation form with their name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address, all truthful and correct, accepting the legal bases applicable to the promotion. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The drawing will take place on September 11, 2024 at 20:30 in Madrid.
\nThe winner will be selected through a random selection process carried out by the NUBA team among all participants who meet the participation requirements established in these rules. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The prize is unique and non-transferable.
\nThe winner will receive an exclusive trip for two to Abu Dhabi that includes: <\/p>\n
