An excellent example of this was the incentive trip we organized in Marbella for a leading UK pharmaceutical company. The objective of the event was not only to reward 180 of their employees, but also to integrate a corporate social responsibility (CSR) social impact event that would leave a significant footprint in the local community.    <\/p>\n\n<p>To maximize impact, we selected Ronda as the ideal location to carry out a solidarity renovation of a children&#8217;s home.
