Legal Terms and Conditions Sweepstakes Sassola by NUBA Golf Tournament

1. ORGANIZERS

The Spanish company NUBA EXPEDICIONES, S.L. (hereinafter, “NUBA”), with CIF B83850859, and address at C/Serrano 96, 28006 Madrid, is organizing a draw under the modality of random combination, with the objective of promoting the brand and the participation in the Sássola Partners by NUBA Golf Tournament.

2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Participation is open to those natural persons, of legal age, with full capacity to act and resident in Spain, who meet the requirements for participation and the other conditions set forth in these rules. Participation will be valid only by filling out the corresponding participation card during the Sássola Golf Tournament event, which will be held on September 11, 2024. Each person may participate only once.
The data provided by the participants must be truthful. In case of being false, the corresponding prize will pass to NUBA, as provided in Section 6 of these Rules.
Employees of NUBA, or its group companies, or their direct first-degree relatives may not participate in the draw.
Only one participation per person will be allowed. This promotion is aimed exclusively at people over 18 years of age. In the event that the winner is a minor, his/her participation will be cancelled and the prize will not be awarded.
Entries that do not contain all the required information or are incorrectly completed will be considered invalid and excluded from the sweepstakes.
NUBA reserves the right to automatically exclude from the sweepstakes those participants who, in its sole discretion, have participated incorrectly or who it considers to be making improper or fraudulent use of the promotion.
NUBA is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants, and the sweepstakes will be declared null and void in case of impossibility to contact the winner due to inaccuracy of the data provided.

MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

Participation in this promotion is free of charge. To participate, those attending the Sássola Partners Golf Tournament, held on September 11, 2024, must fill out and sign the participation form with their name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address, all truthful and correct, accepting the legal bases applicable to the promotion.

4. DRAW DATE

The drawing will take place on September 11, 2024 at 20:30 in Madrid. The winner will be selected through a random selection process carried out by the NUBA team among all participants who meet the participation requirements established in these rules.

5. PRIZE

The prize is unique and non-transferable. The winner will receive an exclusive trip for two to Abu Dhabi that includes:

2-night stay in Deluxe City View at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental hotel.
2-night stay in Superior Room at the Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa.
2 nights stay in Superior Room at the hotel The St. Regis The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort .
Breakfast included during the entire stay.
The prize is valid from September 12, 2024 until December 15, 2024, excluding specific dates (national holidays) and is subject to hotel availability. The prize is non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-refundable.
In addition, Etihad Airways will provide 2 flight tickets (for the winner and his/her companion) from Madrid to Abu Dhabi, subject to availability and space availability.

This voucher must be presented at the time of booking your trip.
In the event of non-acceptance of the prize for any reason, no financial compensation or other obligation will be offered by the Organizer. No change, alteration or compensation may be made by the winner.

6. COMMUNICATION OF THE AWARD

Once the winner is chosen, NUBA will communicate the prize at the same time of the draw. In case of non-compliance with any of the conditions set forth in these rules, the prize will be declared void and will remain at NUBA’s disposal.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

NUBA reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the sweepstakes due to force majeure or any other circumstance beyond its control.
Participation in this promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
NUBA is not responsible for the services provided by third party companies with which it collaborates for the delivery of the prize.

8. INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, participants are informed that the personal data provided will be processed by NUBA for the purpose of managing participation in the sweepstakes, communicating the prize and for sending commercial communications.

Participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their data, as well as other rights that can be exercised by sending a request to NUBA, C/Serrano 96, 28006 Madrid, or via e-mail to marketing@nuba.net.

NUBA will provide your data to Etihad Airways (Etihad Aviation Group, Head Quarters, Khalifa City A, PO Box 35566, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates) and DCT – Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (PO Box 94000, Abu Dhabi UAE) for commercial purposes in their direct marketing strategy.

9. TAX OBLIGATIONS

The prize is subject to the tax regulations applicable in Spain, so the winner will be responsible for the corresponding tax withholdings, if any.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

In matters not provided for in these rules, the promotion shall be governed by Spanish law in force at the time. For the resolution of any dispute, both NUBA and the participants submit to the courts of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
